Our club teams are designed for players seeking to compete at a high club level. Players are selected based on positive attitude, communication, skill level and goals. Club season runs from November to May with September and October reserved for tryouts (age-dependent).
FEES AND COSTS
Oklahoma Aspire Volleyball Club is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization committed to keeping the costs of club volleyball affordable, while providing opportunities for training and competition comparable to more expensive, for-profit clubs in our area.
The following is our the fee breakdown for 2023-2024:
- 12U TEAM - NOT TO EXCEED $1800
- 13U TEAM - NOT TO EXCEED $2000
- 14U TEAM - NOT TO EXCEED $2300
Our fees cover facility rentals, USAV Fees, Insurance, equipment, uniforms and apparel, coaching, fundraising opportunities, administrative costs and event registration fees. Costs related to travel, lodging and transportation are not included in these fees.
A key advantage to our non-profit status is the ability to fundraise. We include a fundraising package worth up to $500 with each membership that goes directly to families to reduce the cost of participation and makes our program the best value in the area.
We use the term "Not to exceed" in these fee statements until schedules are finalized and final costs can be determined. Fees may be reduced if costs are below projections.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when my child is offered a spot on a team?
Once an offer has been made, we will wait 24 hours to hear a response before we must look at other candidates. Once you've accepted an offer to join the team, a commitment fee (amount TBD) is due immediately. Monthly payments will begin in early December.
Do you pay the season fee upfront?
No. We understand that not every family can pay the entire season's fee upfront, though you do have that option. Instead, we offer monthly automatic payments after the commitment fee due at the time of offer acceptance.
